How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription, edit your delivery frequency, and view your account details by logging in or creating an account using the email you used when signing up.

How does it work?

We source various products for men in many different cultures, lifestyles, and personalities. To personalize each customer's experience as best as possible, we offer free testing programs to gather genuine feedback before the official release of new products. All we ask is that you respond to our review request email with genuine feedback after receiving your product and covering the shipping and handling costs.

Why do brands need customers to participate in product testing studies?

Product testing allows us to learn what consumers think about our newest pieces before shipping and recommending them to our network of stores. Nowadays trends are rapidly changing and The Gold Supply wants to make sure our latest styles and designs are current with men's fashion trends.


Having consumers provide insights about our recent product development will help us save time and money in the rare case the a product doesn't do well. This empowers us to make changes immediately before mass production begins. Product testing jobs like these have been around for years. We work with several jewelry companies that are in need of this important feedback, so this allows us to provide our testers with a wide variety of jewelry!

Where should I post my review?

Once your package arrives you will receive a review request email. This email will contain a link to leave your review, and attach a photo.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

How secure is my information?

We value your trust and your personal information will NEVER be disclosed to third party companies. Also our site uses advanced encryption techniques to protect all your data securely.

Are your products actually free?

Yes! All we ask is that you share your honest option after receiving your product and cover your shipping and handling costs.

Are there any other costs I need to pay?

We only ask customers to cover the small packaging, handling, and shipping costs to ship their test items. There are no other costs, now or in the future.

Why do you not offer tracking?

We currently do not offer tracking for our standard jewelry testing club shipping due to the costs associated with such postage methods. However, if you order full price items we will have tracking available. Tracking for full price items will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

We also offer tracking for all jewelry testing members who select Expedited Shipping at checkout.

I don’t like the products I received, can I exchange them?

In some cases exchanges are available. Please review our refund policy for more information. Alternatively you can get in touch with our support team when your order arrives and they will provide you with more information regarding the process and policies.
