RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Promotional items in which you receive for free, and just pay for shipping can not be returned. Once the item has been shipped, this shipping fee can not be refunded. If you received a defective item, please don't hesitate to let us know. Defective items will be replaced free of charge, and you may or may not be required to return the item.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns requesting refunds. The restocking fee is waived for returns requesting store credit.

* Grillz
* Earrings
* Custom items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during the photo shoot or the monitor's display.

Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

Our Responsibility

  • Faulty Product:  If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size.

Your Responsibility
Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot refund your item. 

For example:

Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase. 

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages shipped within the United States and Canada that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Products that are altered or damaged, including but not limited to scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you. The Gold Supply does not provide prepaid shipping labels. 

All shipping fees are non refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@shopgoldsupply.com and send your item to: The Gold Supply, 4230 E Towne Blvd, #305, Madison, WI 53704, United States.

Once the item is received in unused condition, a store credit will be issued so you can place a new order in the size, color, or style you desire.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations
Once your order is created, our number one priority is to get your items shipped out as fast as possible. With that being said, order updates and cancellations must be made within one hour of being placed.

Custom items are not eligible for cancellations because these items are made to order. As stated on the custom item products pages, custom item production takes 2-4 weeks.
